The long necks... something i remember seeing in NG as a child. Thought of going to see them in Thailand but heard that they are trafficked across the border for pictures and tourism. I declined the chance. This time i was fooled. They are not local girls and are a simple tourist attraction. At least they are in their own country. The shop owner who sells their weaving products was open and forthright about their whereabouts. He said that there were about 15 at the lake. Three grandmothers and one teenage girl where all weaving. There were coils set out on the table and a weight chart. Objectifying???
